Hi new mommies out there,
I'm sure you would now be overwhelmed by the arrival of your bundle of joy and at the same time bit confused and cautious of the do's and don't's of nurturing the new born. And of course a lot of free advices from all relatives and friends which you might not be sure to take it or leave it.
So here in my blog, I would like to share my experiences of motherhood and share few tips and do's and don't's that I have learnt from my experience.
Month 1:
You will be extremely exhausted after baby s birth yet extremely happy with the new family member's arrival.
All sorts of advices on diet, nurturing yourself and baby will be shot to you from multiple sources of which many are just
myths
Major myth 1: Do not drink excess water as your body so absorb all the water and make you bloat.
Medical sciences suggest new moms to drink plenty of warm water, if not be sure to get urinary infection and its terrible to bear this with the already existing pains of delivery. There are a lot of medicines that would have gone into the body by this time and if three is no sufficient water in body, it leads to the infection.
Diet plan: As per myself, there is no such good that must be avoided at this time and I suggest one to take all nutritious and healthy food during time. But do not eat lot of food at once, as you feel more space on stomach and you can eat now too. You can east multiple times but don't eat lot at once as this will expand your tummy. Avoid oily food and junk foods.
